The entry fee covers the administrative processing of your application and its full, independent evaluation by the expert jury. Payment of the fee guarantees consideration — not recognition: every submission is scored anonymously against the same criteria, and laureate status is granted solely on the strength of the achievement itself. Entry fees have no bearing on the jury's decision. No refunds are issued after the final submission deadline.
