At the Velto European Awards, recognition extends beyond the podium. For judges and laureates alike, a reference letter serves as a formal affirmation of your role in our institution – a benchmark of excellence in modern industry. Each letter is a curated testament to your expertise and professional contribution within the Velto ecosystem.

Eligibility & Verification Protocol
To preserve the sanctity of our standards, we adhere to strict guidelines:
  • Email Verification: Only requests submitted via a verified business or work email will be processed.
  • No Attachments Accepted: For confidentiality and processing efficiency, email attachments will not be reviewed.
  • Integrity Checks: Credentials must be verifiable through public platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites).
  • Reference letters are issued at our discretion and solely for substantiated involvement in Velto programs.

Reference Letters – Qualification Guidelines
For Judges:
  • Completion of 50+ scored assignments in the relevant program year is mandatory.
  • Letters confirm your active participation as a jury member for specific award verticals.
For Winners:
  • Your name must appear publicly on the official Velto Winners List.
  • Letters will explicitly reference award category, year, and achievement.

Digital-First Application Process
Given the volume of requests, all submissions must be made via secure digital signature platforms such as DocuSign or HelloSign.

Formatting Guidelines:
  • All letters must be addressed "To Whom It May Concern".
  • No references will be made to immigration authorities, visa processing centers, or employment verification bodies.
  • Each request must include a concise biography (max. 100 words) outlining your relevant credentials and public profile.

Letter TypesJudging Participation Letter
Confirms your status as a jury member across relevant Velto categories (e.g., Technology, Design, Women in Leadership). Includes your contribution to the evaluation process and verification of impartiality and performance.

Confirms your award win in one or more categories. Details the nature of your accomplishment and the significance of your recognition in the context of the Velto European Awards.

Usage Disclaimer
Velto reference letters are provided for professional recognition only. They must not be used:
  • To imply endorsement by Velto for immigration, legal, or employment processes.
  • As evidence of commercial partnerships.
Any misuse or misrepresentation will lead to immediate disqualification from future Velto programming.
