• Recusal from a case does not count toward completion.

1. Login to your Velto judging account.
2. Click “Continue into Judge Portal” to enter your dashboard.
3. You’ll see an overview showing Pending Reviews, Assigned Categories, and Actions. Select “Open” under Actions.
4. Click “View Nomination” to begin.
5. Review the application thoroughly, including all provided links and attachments.
6. Evaluate each nomination:

• Score between 1 to 10.
• Write clear, professional comments highlighting strengths and improvement points.

1. When finished, choose one of the following options:

• "Cancel and Return"
• "Save and Back to List"
• "Save and Proceed"

Note: You may pause and return to evaluations at any time by selecting "View Nomination."

Scoring Scale (per criteria):

• Well Executed (2.5 pts) – Exceeds expectations with outstanding clarity and impact.
• Satisfactory (1.75 pts) – Adequate but lacks distinguishing features.
• Weak (0 pts) – Incomplete or fails to demonstrate merit.

Maximum Total Score: 10 Points
