Aram Harutyunyan is an international tax, corporate structuring, and legal risk expert with over a decade of experience across Big Four advisory, multinational corporate environments, and senior legal consulting. An LL.M. graduate of Loyola Law School, he has led complex cross-border projects involving M&A due diligence, transfer pricing, business restructuring, and risk mitigation, including engagements that identified potential tax exposures exceeding $1.5 billion and protected business assets valued at more than $800 million.
