About
Serhii Bondarenko built his career at TOV Promenergobud, a Kharkiv construction company specializing in buildings, pipelines, and water supply and heating systems. Joining in 2010, he progressed through the full sequence of the trade — mechanical fitter, plumbing and sanitary systems installer, and steel and reinforced concrete structure installer — to Construction Foreman, Construction Site Manager, and, from 2018 to 2022, Technical Director. In that role he coordinated multiple construction sites, technical specialists, and crews, oversaw technical solutions and the quality of execution, and managed procurement, logistics, scheduling, and project and cost-estimate documentation. His project work includes the reconstruction of Sewage Pumping Station No. 1 in Bilopillia and its pressure sewer pipeline, industrial and recirculating water supply systems in Slobozhanske, warehouse, administrative, and heating works, and the construction of a primary and family medicine facility in Arkadiivka.
As an entrepreneur, he established a manufacturing operation producing decorative concrete tiles and insulated facade elements, developing its production processes, material compositions, testing, and vibration equipment before selling the business. Since relocating to the United States he has founded RV Fix & Go in California, growing it from a mobile service into a workshop-based operation; in 2026 it was ranked the #1 RV repair shop in Cotati by BusinessRate on the basis of verified customer reviews. He is a candidate for the California Contractor License, with his application to the Contractors State License Board advanced to the examination stage.
